薪酬分配差异、部门结构对教育培训机构绩效的影响 被引量:1

摘要 探讨我国教育培训机构中存在的薪酬分配差异现象及其对机构绩效的影响,根据差异的结构将其划分为纵向薪酬差异和水平薪酬差异,并选择了样本数据对所提出的假设进行了验证。研究发现:①教育培训机构特有的薪酬考核机制使得员工间薪酬信息相对透明,从而会对机构绩效产生影响;②纵向薪酬差异有利于机构绩效提升,水平薪酬差异会造成机构绩效缩减;③薪酬越高,越容易放大纵向薪酬差异产生的正向效应,缩小水平薪酬差异产生的负向效应,反之亦然;④机构部门设置的越细,水平薪酬差异所产生的负向效应越不明显。 This paper focuses on the differences in salary distribution in educational training institutions in China and their impact on organizational profit. According to the structure of the differences, they are divided into vertical salary differences and horizontal salary differences. Sample data are selected to verify the hypothesis. The findings are as follows:①The unique salary assessment mechanism of educational training institutions makes salary information relatively transparent among employees, which will have an impact on the profit of institutions.②Longitudinal salary difference is conducive to the improvement of organizational profit, while horizontal salary difference will lead to the reduction of organizational profit.③The higher the salary, the easier it is to magnify the positive effect of vertical salary difference and reduce the negative effect of horizontal salary difference, and vice versa.④The finer the settings of institutions and departments, the less obvious the negative effect of the level salary difference.
