摘要
基于“中部崛起战略”,以内陆自贸区的标杆——襄阳自贸区地下综合管廊布局规划为典型案例,分析了综合管廊规划建设的背景与必要性;根据襄阳城市空间、道路系统、市政管线、高强度开发、城市景观等因素初步确定拟建综合管廊的城市道路,采用模糊数学理论分析法对已初选出来的道路进行综合管廊建设项目适宜度评价,筛选出16条建设管廊的道路;确定了自贸区地下综合管廊规划布局,形成“干线-支线-缆线”三级管廊体系,并基于筛选出的16条建设管廊道路,具体给出了襄阳市干线、支线与缆线地下综合管廊布局规划图.实例研究结果表明,地下综合管廊规划要对接城市整体规划,加强与道路规划协调统一,充分考虑城市空间因素与道路交通因素,兼顾各种市政管线规划;结合各级规划的更新,动态调整地下综合管廊网络结构.
Based on the strategy of the rise of central China, a case study on the background and necessity of the planning and construction of utility tunnels within the inland benchmarking free trade area (FTA), i.e., Xiangyang FTA, was carried out. A primary plan for the urban roads using utility tunnels was proposed by analysing the urban space, road system, municipal pipeline, high-intensity exploitation and urban landscape, etc., of Xiangyang City. Then, fuzzy mathematical analysis was conducted to evaluate the suitability for constructing the utility tunnels within those preliminarily selected roads. Sixteen roads were finally determined for tunnel construction where the three-level tunnel system composed of trunk-branch-cable lines within the FTA was suggested. Through this case study, it was found that the planning of utility tunnels should be aligned with the urban master planning and the harmonization of the road planning, where the urban space, traffic conditions, and municipal pipeline distributions need to be thoroughly considered. Dynamic adjustment of the planning layout of utility tunnels can be then made based on the updating of each planning.
