摘要
为探讨干气密封环启停阶段干摩擦引起的摩擦振动对密封寿命的影响,建立双端面干气密封简化模型并进行结构网格划分,利用有限元软件Abaqus对低速下干气密封系统进行摩擦振动瞬态分析,探讨槽及槽深、静环材料及摩擦因数、不同槽形对摩擦振动的影响。结果表明:干气密封动环槽深对摩擦振动的影响不大;同一密封压力下,动环带有槽的摩擦副振动幅度要明显大于无槽情况;“硬对硬”材料的密封环配对优于“软硬”配对;相同工况下,T型槽动环的摩擦副较经典螺旋槽摩擦副表现出更好的摩擦性能。
In order to investigate the effect of friction vibration caused by dry friction on the seal life during start-up and shutdown of dry gas seal rings,a simplified two-terminal dry gas seal model was established and the structure grid was divided.The finite element software Abaqus was used to analyze the transient friction vibration of the dry gas seal system at low speed.The influence of groove depth,static ring material,friction coefficient,and different groove shape on the friction vibration was discussed.The results show that the depth of the dry gas seal moving ring groove has little influence on the friction vibration.Under the same sealing pressure,the vibration amplitude of friction pairs with grooves in moving rings is significantly greater than that without grooves.“Hard to hard”material seal ring matching is better than“soft to hard”matching seal ring.Under the same working conditions,the friction pairs of T-groove moving ring have better friction performance than the classical spiral groove friction pairs.
