摘要 动脉粥样硬化(AS)是冠心病、脑梗死、外周血管病的主要原因,是脂蛋白代谢异常、炎性因子作用、单核/巨噬细胞黏附和血小板活化作用及基因异常等多因素共同作用的结果。本文对AS相关标志物作了总结。 Atherosclerosis(AS) is the main cause of coronary heart disease,cerebral infarction and peripheral vascular disease.It is result of abnormal lipoprotein metabolism,inflammatory factors,mononuclear/macrophage adhesion and platelet activation and genetic abnormalities.This article summarized relevant markers associated with atherosclerosis.
