大学生资助政策历史沿革探究

Research on the Historical Evolution of College Students’ Financial Aid Policy

新中国建国以来,随着社会经济与生产力的不断发展,大学生资助政策也经历了变革。从新中国建国初期的初步探索到新时代的制度化、精准化,大学生资助政策经历了从全体“无偿获得”资助到部分“有偿获得”、从“单一资助方式”到“多元化资助方式并存”、从单纯“帮贫”到“励优”这三个发展阶段。文章对大学生资助政策的历史发展过程进行了梳理和探究。

Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, with the continuous development of social economy and productivity, the policy of university student aid policy has undergone a historical process of continuous development. From the initial exploration in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic to the institutionalization and precision of the new era, the university student aid policy has gone through three stages of development: from all "Free Access" to "Partly Paid Access", from "Single Aid" to " Diversified Aid Methods", from "Helping the Poor" to "Encouraging Excellence". This paper attempts to explore the historical development process.
