摘要
教育的根本任务是立德树人,小学德育是实现我国教育目的的基础和保障。《中小学德育工作指南》提出了六大实施途径:课程育人、文化育人、活动育人、实践育人、管理育人、协同育人。其中“课程育人”是指:从严格落实德育课程、发挥其他课程德育功能、用好地方和学校课程等,发挥课堂教学在育人中的主渠道作用。中国德育教育的重要阵地是学校,课程教育是德育教育的重要媒介。因此,小学德育的目标和内容需要通过多种方式渗透到学校的学科教学当中,才能提高小学德育教育的效率。
The everlasting task of China’s education is cultivating talents of virtue, and the realization of China’s educational goals relies on the moral education being carried out in primary schools. Accordingly,six implementation channels are put forward with respect to the moral education in Guide to Moral Education in Primary and Secondary Schools,including course teaching, cultures, activities, practice,management and collaboration. Cultivating talents of virtue through course teaching involves putting into effect the courses for moral education, giving full play to moral function of other courses, and making use of the local and school-based courses. Goals and contents of moral education of primary schools should be efficiently integrated into subject teaching , thus improving the moral education.
