摘要
通过精准扶贫,家长可以通过多种方式参与幼儿园的教育。研究发现,家长在实际参与过程中,缺乏对幼儿园相关活动的了解;在教育实施中,家长过度依赖教师,父亲的参与度不高,家长和教师的互相沟通缺乏主动性,幼儿园开展的活动相对流于形式等问题。进而从社会帮助、家长的榜样示范、参与实践力度、家庭成员的分工、幼儿园的活动类型和教师的综合素质等方面分析原因,结合社会、家庭、幼儿园等方面提出有针对性的建议,为家长参与幼儿园教育提供可借鉴的策略和帮助,全面推进新时代学前教育科学健康发展。
Through the practice of “targeted poverty alleviation”, parents can participate in kindergarten education in a variety of ways. The study has found a series of problems concerning the kindergarten education. In the actual participation process, parents lack understanding of kindergarten-related activities and in the implementation of education, parents are over-reliant on teachers;fathers' participation is not active;parents and teachers lack proactive mutual communication;kindergarten activities are relatively formalistic. The paper will analyze the reasons from many aspects such as social assistance, parents’ role model demonstration, participation in practice, division of labor of family members, types of activities in kindergartens, and overall quality of teachers.The paper will also propose targeted recommendations in the context of society, family, and kindergarten.
