童年创伤经历与精神分裂症患者精神病性症状的相关性研究

Correlation study on childhood traumatic experience and psychiatric symptoms in patients with schizophrenia

目的:探究儿童期创伤经历与精神分裂症症状的关联性。方法:选择177例精神分裂症患者及在受教育年限、年龄、性别等与之相匹配的正常人群为对照组120例。由被试者填写一般情况调查表及儿童期创伤问卷(CTQ-SF),分析儿童创伤经历与精神分裂症关联性。结果:精神分裂症患者组对应的儿童期创伤问卷的各项得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而精神分裂症男女患者之间差异无统计学意义;情感虐待得分(r=0.382)及躯体虐待得分(r=0.324)与阳性症状之间存在正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者中有童年创伤经历者高于正常人群,且童年创伤经历和精神分裂症阳性症状显著相关。

Objective: To investigate the correlation of childhood traumatic experience with psychiatric symptoms in patients with schizophrenia. Methods: A total of 177 patients with schizophrenia and 120 normal controls matched in the years of education,age and gender were recruited,and completed the general questionnaire and childhood trauma questionnaire-short form(CTQ-SF).The data were collected and analyzed using software SPSS. Results: Patients of schizophrenia experienced childhood trauma had higher scoring than those in the control group( P< 0.05),yet the scoring was not different between males and females.Significantly positive correlation was found between positive symptoms of schizophrenia and scoring on emotional abuse( r= 0.382, P< 0.05) and physical abuse by CTQ-SF( r= 0.324, P< 0.05). Conclusion: Patients of schizophrenia have more experienced childhood trauma than normal subjects,and the childhood traumatic experience might be related to the positive symptoms of schizophrenia.
