摘要
分析了正交试验、二次回归通用旋转组合方法和灰色系统理论的基本原理,应用以上三种方法进行轴承套圈ELID磨削工艺试验设计分析,根据各因素的影响规律优化工艺参数,并基于磨削试验对以上三种方法进行分析,研究各方法的指导作用、特点和适用场合。
In this paper,the basic principles of orthogonal test,quadratic regression general rotary combination method and grey system theory are analyzed.The above three methods are applied to design and analyze ELID grinding process of bearing rings.The process parameters are optimized according to the influence rules of each factor.Analyzed the guiding roles,characteristics and field of application of the above three methods based on the grinding experiment.
