摘要
以45钢及40Cr为试件,分别改变插铣步距、径向切深、每齿进给量及切削速度,从切削力和切削振动两个方面对插铣加工中的顺铣和逆铣两种工艺进行对比分析。结果表明:在切削振动方面,顺铣和逆铣无明显差异;在切削力方面,逆铣切削力较小且切削刃切入工件时切削力过渡相对平缓,有利于提高刀具寿命并降低机床负载,可使用较大的切削参数以最大化发挥插铣加工高效率的优势。
Taking 45 steel and 40Cr as specimens,the forward milling and reverse milling processes are compared and analyzed in terms of cutting force and vibration by changing the step distance,radial cutting depth,feed per tooth and cutting speed respectively.The results show that there is no significant difference in cutting vibration between forward milling and reverse milling;In terms of cutting force,reverse milling has a smaller cutting force and a relatively smooth transition of cutting force when cutting edge cuts into workpiece,which is conducive to improving tool life and reducing machine load and using larger cutting parameters to maximize the advantages of high efficiency of plunge milling.
