基于DEFORM-3D的机械重复刻划工艺回弹变形仿真分析

摘要 铝膜材料的回弹变形会影响槽型质量和光栅的工作效率,本文提出总刻深不变的机械重复刻划工艺组合方案。借助有限元软件提取4组相同位置的槽型轮廓图,分别对其闪耀面相同的位置提取40个采样点,并对材料的回弹变形进行量化分析。分析表明:机械重复刻划较单次刻划能显著改善材料的回弹稳定性;在工艺组合方案中,综合回弹变形的稳定性和变形量以一次大刻深、二次小刻深的试验方案最优。 The rebound deformation of aluminum film will affect the quality of groove and the efficiency of grating.In this paper,the combined schemes of mechanical repetition ruling process with constant total ruling depth is studied.With the help of finite element software,the groove contours of four groups of test schemes in the same position are extracted.Then 40 sample points are extracted from the same position of the blazed surface.Finally,the rebound deformation of the material is analyzed quantitatively.The results show that mechanical repetition ruling can improve the rebound stability of material compared with single ruling.In the process combination schemes,according to the stability and deformation quantities of rebound,the experimental scheme with first big ruling depth and second small depth is the best.
