摘要
结合触针式测量方法的原理和优缺点,研究形态学滤波中腐蚀算法的原理和腐蚀算法在杠杆式轮廓仪接触式测量法中的应用,分析腐蚀算法计算过程中结构元素的选取对评定结果的影响。设计相应的触针针尖检定方法,得到触针针尖的实际形状,并在腐蚀计算过程中,以触针针尖的实际形状作为结构元素,结合实际情况对腐蚀算法进行相应修改,得到了被测轮廓真实的表面信息。
Combined with the theory and characteristics of contact measurement,researched the theory of erosion arithmetic and the application of the erosion arithmetic in contact measurement.Analyze the effect of structuring element on results.Design a method to test the probe aim to get the fact profile of needle tip.The profile of needle is used as structuring element.Corrosion algorithm is modified correspondingly according to the actual situation and the real surface information of the measured contour is obtained.
