摘要
目的:探讨膳食模式与生育高龄女性血清基础卵泡刺激素与基础黄体生存素比值(FSH/LH)的关系。方法:调查2016年12月至2017年12月在安徽医科大学第一附属医院生殖中心接受孕前健康咨询的生育高龄(>35周岁)女性116人的膳食摄入情况、年龄、BMI、月经史、生育史;检测其空腹血清FSH、LH并计算其比值。FSH/LH≥3为异常,提示卵巢储备功能低下;FSH/LH<3为正常,提示卵巢储备功能正常。通过因子分析法分析并归纳膳食模式,利用logistic回归分析不同膳食模式与FSH/LH的关系。结果:116人中FSH/LH异常有29(25%)人。应用因子分析法将32类饮食归纳为11种膳食模式,分别为根类蔬菜和坚果、水果、河鲜、乙醇和碳酸饮料、叶类及瓠瓜类蔬菜、淀粉及红肉、零食、巧克力和软饮料、白肉、辛香料、腌制食品膳食模式。经logistic回归分析,水果膳食模式为FSH/LH异常的保护性因素,校正比值比(95%CI)为0.536(0.330~0.891)。结论:水果摄入较多是生育高龄女性卵巢储备功能的保护性因素。
Aim :To investigate the relationship between dietary pattern and the ratio of serum basal FSH to serum basal LH(FSH/LH) of senior reproductive women. Methods :The dietary intake, age, BMI, menstrual history, reproductive history, serum FSH and LH levels of 116 senior reproductive women(>35 years old) who received pre-pregnancy health consultation in the Reproductive Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from December 2016 to December 2017,were collected,and FSH/LH was calculated. Factor analysis was used to induce dietary patterns, and logistic regression analysis was used to understand the relationship between different dietary patterns and FSH/LH.FSH/LH≥ 3 was abnormal, indicating that the ovarian storage function was low;FSH/LH<3 was normal, indicating that ovarian storage function was normal. Results :Among the 116 women,29(25%) had abnormal FSH/LH. By factor analysis, 32 diets were classified into 11 dietary patterns, including root vegetables and nuts, fruits,fish and shrimps, alcoholic and carbonated drinks, leaf and bottle gourd vegetables, starch and red meat, snacks, chocolate and soft drinks, white meat, spices,and preserved food. The fruits dietary pattern was the protective factor for abnormal FSH/LH, and the adjusted OR (95% CI ) was 0.536(0.330-0.891). Conclusion :The risk of decreased ovarian reserve function may be lower when fruits intake is higher.
