摘要
采用正硅酸乙酯为原料,Fe3O4纳米粒子为磁性掺杂粒子,通过溶胶-凝胶法和常压干燥法制备了不同磁性Fe3O4 粒子含量的磁性硅气凝胶。结果表明,所制备的磁性硅气凝胶均具有典型的介孔材料特征;其比表面积651~737m^2/g,孔容积1.41~2.22cm^3/g,平均孔径8.2~13.3nm。模拟废水中罗丹明B的吸附实验表明,磁性硅气凝胶在90min后去除率可达99.3%,表现出优异的吸附性能;同时磁性粒子的加入方便了样品的回收与利用。
Magnetic SiO2 aerogels with different contents of magnetic Fe3O4 particles were prepared by sol-gel and ambient pressure drying method using tetraethyl orthosilicate as raw material and Fe3O4 nanoparticles as magnetic dopant. The result showed that the prepared magnetic silica aerogels have typical mesoporous materials, and the specific surface area, pore volume and average pore size of the as-prepared magnetic SiO2 aerogels are 651-737m^2/g, 1.41-2.22cm^3/g and 8.2-13.3nm, respectively. The adsorption experiment of rhodamine B in simulated wastewater showed that the removal rate of magnetic silica aerogels could reach to 99.3% after 90 min, showing excellent adsorption properties. In addtion, the introduction of magnetic particles facilitates the recovery and utilization of the samples.
