洁净环境中悬浮粒子检测用标准物质现状 被引量:1

摘要 空气中颗粒物污染是许多行业生产及加工工艺中主要的污染来源,准确评价空气洁净度已经成为许多行业生产和产品检测的要求,而洁净环境中悬浮粒子检测结果的准确性主要依赖于尘埃粒子计数器的准确性,文章综述了包括中国、美国、欧洲、日本等国内外用于评估和校准粒径测量仪器的微粒标准物质现状,为悬浮粒子检测过程中仪器的校准提供一些思路. Particulate matter pollution in the air is the main source of pollution in the production and processing of many industries. Accurate evaluation of air cleanliness has become the requirement of production and product testing in many industries. The accuracy of the detection results of suspended particles in a clean environment mainly depends on the accuracy of the dust particle counter. This paper reviews the present situation of particle reference materials used for evaluating and calibrating particle size mea-suring instruments at home and abroad, including China, the United States, Europe and Japan, which provides some ideas for the calibration of instruments in the process of suspended particle detection.
