随着信息技术的飞速发展,建设智能化工厂的已成为行业重要发展趋势.如何将大数据技术利用于工厂生产设备维护管理,减少工厂生产设备故障次数,减少非计划停车都有着重要的指导意义.利用大数据监测技术可以进行及时的故障诊断和排除,提高工厂管理水平,进而提高工厂的竞争力.文章将通过浅谈大数据背景下的智能化工厂建设来论述如何将大数据技术应用到智能工厂,大数据技术背景下智能化工厂建设的重要目的以及意义.
