一种新型铝锭夹钳的设计与应用

摘要 针对目前电解铝企业铝锭装卸生产线中的铝锭夹具要求,设计了一种新型铝锭夹钳,本设计所要解决的技术问题是提供一种铝锭夹钳,采用反向夹钳及四连杆原理,通过起重机的外力辅助,就可实现铝锭垛的夹持,且夹持可靠稳定,动作灵活,吊运安全可靠.开闭器采用高强度耐磨的合金钢制造,使用寿命长. According to the requirements of aluminum ingot clamp in aluminum ingot loading and unloading production line of electrolytic aluminum enterprise, a new type of aluminum ingot clamp is designed. The technical problem to be solved in this design is to provide an aluminum ingot clamp, which adopts reverse clamp and four-link principle. With the help of the external force of the crane, the clamping of the aluminum ingot stack can be realized, and the clamping is reliable and stable, the action is flexible, and the lifting is safe and reliable. The opening and closing device is made of high strength and wear-resistant alloy steel with long service life.
