大跨径桥梁悬臂施工及质量控制要点 被引量:1

摘要 在大跨径的桥梁建设中,悬臂施工是大跨径桥梁施工中常用的一项方法,由于桥梁悬臂施工质量影响因素较多,所以需要相关人员对桥梁的工程质量引起足够的重视.基于此,文章分析了大跨径桥梁悬臂施工的工艺,以桥梁墩顶0#段施工、挂篮施工技术这两种大跨径桥梁悬臂施工关键技术,并从模板与钢筋施工、混凝土灌注、预应力施工、预应力管道压浆、合龙段施工、施工质量控制点数据库的构建方面,阐述了大跨境桥梁悬臂施工的质量控制要点. In the construction of long-span bridges, cantilever construction is a common method in the construction of long-span bridges. Because there are many factors affecting the quality of bridge cantilever construction, it is necessary for the relevant personnel to focus on the engineering quality of the bridge. Based on this, this paper analyzes the cantilever construction technology of long-span bridge, and uses the construction technology of #0 section of bridge pier top and hanging basket construction technology, which are the two key technologies of cantilever construction of long-span bridge. From the aspects of formwork and reinforcement construction, concrete pouring, prestress construction, prestressed pipeline grouting, closure section construction, construction quality control point database, this paper expounds the key points of quality control in cantilever construction of large cross-border bridges.
