With the rapid development of China's market economy, the construction of water conservancy projects has been paid more and more attention by the national leadership, and the investment in its capital and manpower is also worth a lot of money, so as to further implement the policy of people's livelihood. To achieve comprehensive and sustainable development, the management of water conservancy projects is particularly prominent under the new situation. This paper studies the construction of modern management and fine management of water conservancy project, and analyzes the construction ideas of modernization and refinement of water conservancy project management, as well as the construction objectives and the ways to realize the modernization and refinement of water conservancy project management.
