青年农民:青年马克思主义者培养工程的新目标

Young Farmers Are the New Objective of the Young Marxist Cultivation Project

十九大提出乡村振兴战略,农村青年是乡村振兴中不容忽视的中坚力量。目前青年马克思主义者培养工程有待进一步完善,要扩大培养对象,加强对农村青年马克思主义爱好者的培育,提高其政治素养,扩大和巩固党的群众基础。培育农村青年马克思主义爱好者具有提防马克思主义意识形态“边缘化”和巩固马克思主义意识形态阶级基础的重要意义。要以培养中国特色社会主义事业建设者和接班人、自觉学习并践行马克思主义、提高农村青年综合素质和促进全面发展为培育目标。培育过程必须遵循坚持广泛性、加强引导性和保持通俗性的原则,根据农村青年知识水平分层次培育、组织农村青年马克思主义学习实践团和形成农村青年学习马克思主义理论的激励机制等全面推进农村青年马克思主义爱好者的培养。

With the strategy of rural revitalization put forward by the 19th national congress of CPC,and rural youth is the indispensable backbone of rural revitalization.At present,the project of cultivating young Marxists needs to be further improved.It is necessary to expand the object of cultivation,strengthen the cultivation of rural young Marxists,improve their political literacy and expand and consolidate the mass foundation of the Party.It is of great significance to cultivate young Marxism lovers in rural areas to guard against the marginalization of Marxist ideology and consolidate the class foundation of Marxist ideology.It is necessary to cultivate builders and successors of the socialism with Chinese characteristics,study and practice Marxism consciously,improve the comprehensive quality of rural young people and promote their all-round growth.The following principles should be strictly followed in the rural young Marxists cultivation:adhering to universality,strengthening guidance and keeping popularity,cultivating rural young Marxists hierarchically according to their knowledge level,constructing Marxism study and practice teams of rural young people and forming an incentive mechanism for rural young people to study Marxist theories so as to promote the cultivation of rural young Marxism lovers comprehensively.
