摘要
目的考察丹红注射液对大鼠深静脉血栓形成模型的作用。方法以大鼠深静脉血栓形成模型为研究对象,通过检测出血时间、纤维蛋白原含量(FIB)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)和血栓重量等指标,全面考察丹红注射液对大鼠深静脉血栓形成模型的改善作用。结果丹红注射液2、1mL·kg^-1剂量下可明显延长模型大鼠的出血时间、凝血酶时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间和凝血酶原时间,显著降低纤维蛋白原含量和静脉血栓的重量。结论丹红注射液对大鼠深静脉血栓形成有明显的改善作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Danhong Injection on deep venous thrombosis model of rats.Methods Deep venous thrombosis model in rats was adopted and bleeding time,fibrinogen (FIB),thrombin time(TT),activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT),prothrombin time(PT),thrombus weight were determined to investigate the effects of Danhong Injection.Results Bleeding time,TT,PT,APTT were prolonged and FIB,thrombus weight were significantly reduced in model rats with Danhong Injection(2,1 mL·kg^-1 ,iv) than those of the control group.Conclusion Danhong Injection has remarkable protective effects on deep venous thrombosis model of rats.
