Life Prediction and Reliability Analysis Based on Accelerated Degradation Data

论文设计了液压泵加速退化试验的试验方案,在分析了加速退化试验的理论模型的基础上,给出了威布尔分布下加速退化模型模型参数的评估方法,并对威布尔分布下液压泵的可靠度、平均寿命以及可靠度寿命进行了研究。最后,以某型液压泵为实例,对其进行了可靠性评定和剩余寿命预测。

The test scheme of accelerated degradation test pilot of hydraulic pump is designed in this paper.On the analysis of the accelerated degradation test,the evaluation method of Weibull distribution is given under the accelerated degradation assessment method of model parameters.The Weibull distribution under the reliability,life expectancy and reliability of hydraulic pump life are studied.Finally,in order to take a certain type of hydraulic pump as an example,its reliability assessment and remaining life prediction are carried out.
