放疗联合替吉奥与单纯放疗治疗老年食管癌患者的效果比较

Comparison of the efficacy of radiotherapy combined with Tigio and radiotherapy alone for elderly patients with esophageal cancer

目的比较放疗联合替吉奥与单纯放疗治疗老年食管癌患者的疗效.方法将60例老年食管癌患者按随机数字表法分为单纯放疗组及联合组,每组30例.单纯放疗组采用单纯放疗治疗,联合组采用放疗联合替吉奥治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的疗效、不良反应发生情况及1年生存率.结果联合组患者总有效率为86.67%(26/30),高于单纯放疗组的60.00%(18/30),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).联合组患者骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐发生率均高于单纯放疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);两组患者腹泻、放射性食管炎、放射性肺炎发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05).联合组患者1年生存率为83.33%(25/30),高于单纯放疗组患者的60.00%(18/30),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).结论放疗联合替吉奥治疗老年食管癌疗效优于单纯放疗,可提高生存率,但会增加部分不良反应.

Objective To compare the efficacy of radiotherapy combined with Tigio and radiotherapy alone for elderly patients with esophageal cancer. Method A total of 60 elderly patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into radiotherapy group and combination group with 30 cases in each group according to the random number table. Patients in radiotherapy group were treated with radiotherapy alone and those in combination group were treated with radiotherapy combined with Tigio. The clinical efficacy, incidence of adverse events and one- year survival rate of the two groups were compared. Result The overall efficacy in combination group was 86.67%(26/30), which is higher than 60.00%(18/30) in radiotherapy group with significant difference (P<0.05). The incidence of myelosuppression, nausea and vomiting in combination group were significantly higher than those in radiotherapy group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of diarrhea, radiation esophagitis and radiation pneumonitis between the two groups (P>0.05). The one-year survival rate in combination group was 83.33%(25/30), which is higher than 60.00%(18/30) in radiotherapy group with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Radiotherapy combined with Tigio capsule was superior to radiotherapy alone in the treatment for elderly patients with esophageal though increasing survival rate, but the combined regimen could increase the incidence of some adverse events.
