摘要
目的探讨宫颈癌组织中半乳糖凝集素-1(Gal-1)、p16蛋白的表达情况及与宫颈癌患者临床特征的关系.方法选取100例宫颈癌患者的宫颈癌组织标本和100例宫颈上皮瘤变(CIN)患者的CIN组织标本.采用免疫组织化学染色法检测宫颈癌组织、CIN组织中Gal-1、p16蛋白的表达情况,并分析Gal-1、p16蛋白表达与宫颈癌患者临床特征的关系.结果宫颈癌组织中Gal-1、p16蛋白的阳性表达率均明显高于CIN组织(P﹤0.01);国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度为低分化的宫颈癌患者宫颈癌组织中Gal-1蛋白阳性表达率高于FIGO分期为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度为中高分化的患者(P﹤0.05);肿瘤分化程度为低分化的宫颈癌患者宫颈癌组织中p16蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于肿瘤分化程度为中高分化的患者(P﹤0.01).结论宫颈癌组织中Gal-1、p16蛋白的表达上调,并且与宫颈癌的恶性程度有一定的关系.
Objective To investigate the associations between the expression of galectin-1 (Gal-1) and p16 protein and clinical characteristics of patients with cervical cancer. Method Cervical cancer tissue samples from 100 patients with cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) tissue samples from 100 patients with CIN were collected. Immunohistochemical staining was employed to detect the expression of Gal-1 and p16 in tissues from both cervical cancer and CIN patients, and the relationship between Gal-1 and p16 expression and clinical features of cervical cancer patients was analyzed. Result The positive rate of Gal-1 and p16 in cervical cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in CIN tissues (P<0.01). The positive rate of Gal-1 in cervical cancer tissues with International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) stage III-IV stage, lymph node metastasis and poorly differentiated is significantly higher than that from tissues with FIGO stage I-II stage, no lymph node metastasis, and well differentiated (P<0.05);The positive rate of p16 in cervical cancer tissues from patients with poorly differentiated cervical cancer was significantly higher than that in patients with well differentiated tissues (P<0.01). Conclusion Gal-1 and p16 expression is up-regulated in cervical cancer tissues and relate to the malignancy of cervical cancer to some extent.
