摘要
2015年我国煤炭探明储量15663.1亿t,其中褐煤约占13%,褐煤的清洁、高效利用意义重大。以内蒙古东明矿褐煤为对象,分析了同一种低阶褐煤在壳牌干煤粉下行水激冷气化工艺和非熔渣-熔渣水煤浆气化工艺上的应用,认为这两种煤气化工艺技术使用同一种低阶褐煤均可行,但在原料制备、比氧耗、比煤耗、经济性等方面存在较大差异。因此,在确定了原料低阶褐煤的煤种后,选择适合这种褐煤的煤气化工艺技术要非常慎重,不单从理论上进行研究,更要从工程实际进行研究分析,最终选择在理论上、工程上、经济上都能满足适合这种低阶褐煤的煤气化技术。分析结果表明以东明矿褐煤为原料采用壳牌干煤粉下行水激冷气化工艺技术更适合。
China′s proved coal reserves were 1 566.31 billion tons in 2015, of which lignite accounted for about 13%. The clean and effective utilization of lignite is of great significance. The analysis was made for applying the same low-rank lignite in the Shell downward chilled gasification process with dry pulverized coal and the coal water slurry gasification process with lignite. It was considered that, while it was feasible to apply the same low-rank lignite to both process technologies, there were significant differences between the two coal gasification technologies in terms of raw material preparation, specific oxygen consumption, specific coal consumption and economic efficiency. Therefore, after determining the coal type of low-rank lignite as raw material, the selection of coal gasification technology suitable for this kind of lignite should be very careful. Besides theoretical study, it was more important to analyze from the engineering practice and choose theoretically, practically and economically suitable gasification technology for such low-rank lignite. The result showed that, for the lignite type studied in the paper, it was more suitable for Shell downward chilled gasification with dry pulverized coal.
