摘要
为资源化利用煤化工产浓盐水和煤矿矿井水产浓盐水,中煤鄂能化公司进行了浓盐水分离提纯的技术研究,通过对比分析、小试、中试,制定了“高效反渗透(HERO)+臭氧催化氧化(AOP)+降膜式蒸发(MVR)+超滤(UF)+纳滤(NF)+蒸发结晶”的工艺技术方案,工业示范装置72h性能考核结果显示:硫酸钠、氯化钠产品质量达到工业一级品要求,硫酸钠产量2.35t/h,氯化钠产量1.3t/h,杂盐产量0.13t/h,盐回收率96.6%。
For the resource utilization of concentrated saline from coal chemical industry and coal mine water, a technical research on the separation and purification of concentrated saline was carried out by China Coal Ordos Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. Through the comparative analysis, bench-scale test and pilot test, a technological solution was developed, which included high efficiency reverse osmosis(HERO)+advanced oxidation process (AOP)+mechanical vapor recompression(MVR)+ultrafiltration(UF)+nanofiltration(NF)+evaporation crystallization. The 72 h performance test results of industrial demonstration unit showed that the quality of sodium sulfate and sodium chloride products reached the requirements of industrial first grade products, the yield of sodium sulfate was 2.35 t/h, the yield of sodium chloride was 1.3 t/h, and the yield of mixed salt was 0.13 t/h. The salt recovery rate was 96.6%.
