摘要 文章对某款新研发的变速箱壳体应用有限元方法进行分析,虚拟验证在极端工况下其强度是否满足设计目标和要求,并将有限元分析结果与试制样件的道路试验结果进行对比,讨论和评价有限元建模的合理性。基于道路试验和有限元分析的结果,对变速箱壳体的加强筋结构进行设计优化更改,并用有限元分析方法虚拟验证设计更改后的壳体强度情况,分析结果显示,设计更改后的壳体强度达到预期的设计目标。 In this paper, a newly-developed transmission housing is analyzed by using the finite element method, and the strength of it is verified to meet the design objectives and requirements under extreme working conditions. And the results from the finite element analysis are compared with the road test results of the test sample, so as to discuss and evaluate the rationality of finite element modeling. Based on the road test and the results of finite element analysis, the transmission housing assembly design optimization of reinforced structure is changed and is verified with the finite element analysis method of virtual design changes after the casing strength, and results from the analysis show that the design change after the strength to achieve the expected design goal.
