摘要
近年来,随着中国制造业的迅速崛起,特别是“中国制造2025”战略的提出,“中国制造”开始向“中国质造”与“中国智造”大步迈进。高职院校以此为契机开始了大规模的专业结构调整,制造类专业学生大幅增加。文章采取调查问卷的形式,从学生管理、工作时间、薪酬、权益受侵害类型等方面对安徽省内制造类专业顶岗实习学生权益现状进行了实证研究,并提出了相应的策略与建议。
In recent years, with the rapid rise of the manufacturing industry in China, especially the "Made in China 2025" proposal,"Made in China" has begun to make great strides toward "China quality" and "China intelligence". Higher vocational colleges have taken this opportunity to start a large-scale professional restructuring, and the number of students taking manufacturing majors are increasing sharply. Adopting the form of questionnaire, this paper conducts an empirical research on the current situation of students' rights and interests of manufacturing majors in Anhui from the aspects of student management, working hours, pay, and types of infringement of rights and interests, and puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions.
