丹参川芎嗪联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Danshen Ligustrazine Combined with Somatostatin in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨丹参川芎嗪联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎临床疗效和安全性。方法选取2017年8月至2018年4月我院诊治急性胰腺炎患者60例进行研究,用随机分组表分为干预组(丹参川芎嗪联合生长抑素治疗,30例)和常规组(生长抑素治疗,30例),比较两组患者疗效、血液粘稠度、并发症发生率。结果干预组患者治疗效果优于常规组(93.33%VS66.67%,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者全血高切黏稠度和全血低切黏稠度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7d,相对治疗前,两组患者全血高切黏稠度和全血低切黏稠度均显著降低,但干预组患者降低程度更显著(P<0.05)。干预组患者并发症发生率显著低于常规组(6.67%VS30.00%,P<0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎,能显著改善患者血液黏稠度、降低患者并发症发生率,具有显著临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Danshen ligustrazine combined with somatostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods 60 cases of acute pancreatitis patients in our hospital from August 2017 to April 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group (with treatment of Danshen ligustrazine combined with somatostatin,30 cases) and the conventional group (with somatostatin only,30 cases).Efficacy,blood viscosity,and the complication rates between the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effect of the intervention group was better than that of the conventional group (93.33% VS 66.67%, P <0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in whole blood high-viscosity and whole-blood low-cut consistency between the two groups ( P >0.05).7 days after treatment,the whole high blood viscosity and the low-cut viscosity of the blood in the two groups were lowered significantly than those before treatment,but the degree of reduction was more significant in the intervention group ( P <0.05).The incidence of complications was significantly lower in the intervention group than that in the conventional group (6.67% VS 30.00%, P <0.05).Conclusion Danshen ligustrazine combined with somatostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis can significantly improve the blood viscosity of patients and reduce the incidence of complications,with significant clinical treatment.
