摘要
目的探究Orem自理护理模式对学龄期哮喘患儿治疗依从性及肺功能的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2018年5月在我院接受治疗的90例学龄期哮喘患儿,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上实施Orem自理护理。对比两组患儿护理前后治疗依从性及肺功能的改善情况。结果两组护理前治疗依从性评分及肺功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,观察组护理后治疗依从性评分、PEF、FEV1水平均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论学龄期哮喘患儿实施Orem自理护理模式可有效提高其治疗依从性,改善患儿肺功能,有助于促进其预后恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Orem self-care model on treatment compliance and pulmonary function in children with school-age asthma.Methods A total of 90 school-age children with asthma who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random number table with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine care,and the observation group was treated with Orem self-care on the basis of the control group.The treatment compliance and improvement of lung function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in compliance scores and pulmonary function indexes before treatment between the two groups ( P >0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment adherence scores,PEF and FEV1 levels were higher in the observation group,with statistically significant difference( P <0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Orem self-care model in school-age children with asthma can effectively improve their treatment compliance,improve their lung function,and help to promote their prognosis,which is worthy of clinical application.
