早期综合护理对首发脑卒中患者C反应蛋白、同行半胱氨酸水平及预后的影响

Effect of Early Comprehensive Nursing on the Levels of C-reactive Protein,Petriline Cysteine,and Prognosis in Patients with First-Episode Stroke

目的探讨早期综合康复护理对首发脑卒中患者超敏C反应蛋白、同行半胱氨酸水平及治疗效果的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2018年8月在我院住院治疗的首发急性脑卒中患者120例,包括61例男性和59例女性。随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者接受神经内科常规治疗及护理,综合康复护理组患者除接受与对照组相同的常规治疗及常规护理外,进行早期综合护理干预,并分别于治疗前、治疗后出院第30天和第60天对患者的肢体功能、日常生活能力、抑郁情绪及外周血C反应蛋白和同行半胱氨酸水平进行对比分析。结果对照组和观察组患者护理前肢体运动功能评分、Barthel指数、SDS评分以及C反应蛋白和同型半胱氨酸含量比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。护理后,两组患者各项考察指标与护理前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且观察组患者肢体运动功能评分、Barthel指数、SDS评分以及C反应蛋白和同型半胱氨酸水平改善程度均显著高于对照组患者,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论首发脑卒中患者应用综合护理干预模式能够显著改善患者的临床症状及预后,有利于建立良好的护患关系,值得在临床进行广泛应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of early comprehensive care on the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,cysteine,and therapeutic efficacy in first-episode stroke patients.Methods 120 cases (61 males and 59 females) with first-episode acute stroke from January 2016 to August 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group.The patients in the control group received routine treatment and nursing care in neurology department,while patients in the comprehensive nursing group received early comprehensive nursing intervention before treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The limb function,ADL,depression,C-reactive protein (CRP) and cysteine levels in peripheral blood were compared on the 30th and the 60th day after treatment.Results There was no significant difference between the control group and the observation group in limb motor function score,Barthel index and SDS score,C- reactive protein and homocysteine content ( P >0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups ( P <0.05),and the scores of limb motor function and Barthel index (SDS),C - reactive protein (CRP) and homocysteine (homocysteine) of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention model can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis of patients with first stroke,and it is helpful to establishing a good nurse-patient relationship,which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
