复杂条件下快速沿空留巷技术的实践

摘要 针对屯兰矿大采高、大倾角以及大断面留巷的复杂条件,确定高水材料构筑巷旁充填包体的留巷总体方案。对包体规格、结构参数、充填体位置的设计优化以及留巷工作中巷道超前扩帮护顶、采空区打设木点柱、工作面支架改造、打设切顶锚索、充填留巷工艺与工作面回采协同作业关键技术的应用和改进,实现了12303运巷留巷的安全、高效。 In view of the complex conditions of large mining height,large dip angle and large section of retaining roadway in Tunlan Coal Mine,the general scheme of the retaining roadway with high water material is proposed.The application and improvement of the key technologies of inclusion specification,structural parameters,filling position design optimization,roadway advance enlargement and roof protection,goaf setting up wooden point pillars,face support transformation,roof cutting anchor cable,filling and retaining technology and working face mining cooperation operation in retaining roadway work have realized the safety and high efficiency of 12303 transport roadway retaining roadway.
