摘要
陈家沟煤矿以往工作面开切眼采用钻爆法分断面一次导硐、二次扩掘成巷的施工方法,工序复杂,安全风险大,施工工期长,需要的劳动力多,现场组织困难,投入成本高,支护难度大,不利于安全管理。该矿在3204工作面开切眼第一次采用大断面一次成巷技术,提高了掘进效率,降低安全风险,节约成本。
In Chenjiagou Coal Mine,drilling and blasting method was used to cross-section primary pilot tunnel and secondary expansion roadway.The construction process is complex,the safety risk is high,the construction period is long,the labor force needed is large,the site organization is difficult,the investment cost is high,and the support is difficult,which is not conducive to safety management.For the first time,the large cross-section roadway-forming technology was used in the openings of 3204 working face,which improved the excavation efficiency,reduced the safety risk and saved the cost.
