摘要
为了保证阳泉煤业二矿71511工作面安全平稳过冲刷带,采用定向钻探技术对工作面冲刷带进行探测,得到冲刷带的最大下切深度和延展规律。根据探测结果,分别采用降低采高、采煤机直推、卧底+采煤机截割、浅孔预裂爆破的方式过冲刷带,设计了过冲刷带后锚索、超前移架的支护参数。实践表明,通过该技术降低了安全风险和生产成本。
In order to ensure the 71511 working face of No.2 Coal Mine passing through the erosion zone safely and smoothly,the directional drilling technology is used to detect the scouring zone of the working face,and the maximum dinting depth and extension rule of the scouring zone are obtained.According to the detection results,the working face can safely pass through the erosion zone by adopting the methods of lowering mining height,directly pushing shearer,dinting+shearer cutting,and short-hole presplitting blasting respectively.The supporting parameters of the anchor cable and the advance moving frame are designed after passing scouring zones.The practice shows that the technology reduces the safety risk and production cost.
