沿空留巷“Y型”通风无煤柱开采技术实践 被引量:5

摘要 以寨崖底煤业3#煤120308薄煤层工作面轨道顺槽沿空留巷为工程背景,采用高水速凝材料构筑巷旁充填体,开展了沿空留巷“Y型”通风无煤柱开采技术研究。结果表明:巷旁充填沿空留巷无煤柱开采技术达到了生产需求,实现了无煤柱开采,提高了资源回收率,为企业带来了显著的安全及经济效益。 Taking the gob-side entry retaining along the track of 120308 thin seam working face in Zhaiyadi Coal Industry as the engineering background,the filling body near the roadway was constructed with high-water quicksetting material,and the technology of"Y-type"ventilation without coal pillar mining along the gob-side entry retaining was studied.The results show that the pillar-free mining technology of roadside filling and gob-side retaining roadway meets the production demand,realizes pillar-free mining,improves the recovery rate of resources,and brings remarkable safety and economic benefits to enterprises.
