摘要
本文以王楼煤矿11307工作面上巷为工程研究背景,巷内采用锚网、钢梯、索护联合支护,支柱配合长钢梁支护,巷旁利用充填柔模袋和预埋管件方法,采用CDKS高水材料和C40混凝土混合料向空管内灌注形成钢管混凝土墩柱,以控制巷道变形。矿压观测结果表明,该沿空留巷方案有效地控制了留巷的稳定性,具有施工工艺简单、承载能力高、沿空留巷速度快等优点。
This paper takes the roadway of 11307 working face of Wanglou Coal Mine as the engineering research object.In the roadway,the combined support of anchor net,steel ladder and cable support is adopted,the pillars are matched with the long steel beam support,and the roadside is filled with flexible bags and pre-embedded pipe fittings.The concrete-filled pier with steel pipes is formed by infusing high-water material CDKS and concrete mixture C40 into the empty pipe to control the deformation of the roadway.The results of mine pressure observation show that the scheme effectively controls the stability of retained roadway.It has the advantages of simple construction technology,high bearing capacity and the fast speed of roadway retaining along goaf.
