摘要 为了有效控制深井综放工作面自然发火及瓦斯隐患,以星村煤矿3311工作面为例,通过初采切眼增设喷雾抑制始采线遗煤隐患、正常回采顶板施工防火钻孔抑制采空区隐患、提高回采率减少采空区遗煤、强化常规防火措施、加强监测监控及人工采样等防火处理手段有效地抑制了工作面自然发火及瓦斯隐患,保证了矿井安全生产和经济效益。 In order to effectively control spontaneous combustion and avoid gas hazard in fully mechanized caving face of deep well,taking the 3311 working face of Xingcun Coal Mine as an example,the hidden danger of the residual coal in the beginning line can be suppressed by adding the spray in the initial cut hole.Due to fire prevention drilling in the normal roof,the hidden danger of goaf can be avoided,recovery rate increased,residual coal in goaf reduced,conventional fire prevention measures emphasized,and monitoring strengthened.This effectively controls the spontaneous combustion and gas hidden danger in the working face,and ensures the safety production and economic benefits of the mine.
