摘要
根据李雅庄煤矿强力带式输送机的运行特点,选择合适的软运行装置,设计安装PLC自动闭环调节可编程序控制器,实现了强力胶带的软启动、软运行和多台电动机功率的自动平衡,减少了对机械装置及胶带的冲击,有效降低了维护费用和吨煤电耗,为煤矿企业创造了良好的经济效益。
According to the operation characteristics of the strong belt conveyor in Liyazhuang Coal Mine,the suitable soft operation device is selected,and the PLC automatic closed-loop adjustable programmable controller is designed and installed,which realizes the soft start,soft operation and automatic balance of the power of multiple motors of the strong belt,reduces the impact on the mechanical device and the belt,effectively reduces the maintenance cost and the power consumption per ton of coal,and creates for the coal mine enterprises.Good economic benefits have been achieved.
