摘要 针对高阳煤矿机械选矸系统分选精度低、矸中带煤率偏高等问题,本文以现有洗选系统为基础,结合煤质资料设计依据,采用方案比较法,将TDS智能干选机与现有的重介浅槽分选机进行经济技术比较,研究最佳洗选工艺。结果表明:TDS智能干选工艺能够减少矸石带煤损失,提高原煤回收率,降低运行成本,具有显著的经济效益。 The mechanical gangue separation system in Gaoyang Coal Mine has low sorting accuracy and high coalcarrying rate in gangue.Based on the existing washing system,combined with data about coal quality,the TDS intelligent dry separator is compared with the existing dense medium separator with shallow slot economically and technically by scheme comparison method,and the optimum washing process is studied.The results show that the TDS intelligent dry separation process can reduce the loss of gangue with coal,improve the recovery rate of raw coal and cut the cost.It can bring remarkable economic benefits.
