巷道快速隔风装置的研制与实践

摘要 针对两巷间的隔风问题,辛置煤矿设计研制出由轻质膨胀固体充填袋、积木式快速插接可伸缩支架和风帘组成的“巷道快速隔风新装置”。实践应用效果表明1-2煤总回风巷和08运输平巷(一)机头巷的密闭漏风率分别为2.2%和1.3%,说明该快速隔风新装置的隔风效果优越,可以在全煤矿进行推广应用。 In response to the problem of air separation between two roadways,Xinzhi Coal Mine has designed and developed a“new device for rapid air separation in roadway”,which is composed of a light and expansive solid filling bag,a building-block and telescopic support and a wind curtain.Practical results show that air leakage rates of main return airway and haulage roadway 08 are 2.2%and 1.3%respectively,which indicates that the new device has superior air isolation effect and can be applied in the coal mines.
