本文针对级索煤矿存在的煤尘具有爆炸性、运输环节多、人员素质整体不高等影响安全的实际问题,坚持不安全不生产理念,多措并举提高现场安全程度和职工自主保安能力,夯实了矿井安全管理基础。

Aiming at the practical problems of coal dust explosiveness,many transportation links and low overall quality of personnel affecting safety in Jisuo Coal Mine,this paper insists on the concept of unsafe non-production,takes various measures to improve the safety level on site and the independent security ability of workers,and consolidates the foundation of mine safety management.
