摘要
介质阻挡放电离子源在质谱分析领域具有广泛应用。介质阻挡放电离子源的电极结构对离子源中放电区域以及等离子体束的长度有着密切的关联。本文梳理了介质阻挡放电离子源的重要专利技术,并给出了技术发展路线图。
Dielectric barrier discharge Ion sources(DBDI)has been widely used in MS analysis,and the structure of electrodes in DBDI is closely related to the discharge area and the length of plasma sheath.This paper summarized the main technoloy developments in patent documents and the technical route map was also provided.
