煤制乙二醇项目废水特点及处理思路

乙二醇是一种重要的原料,在聚酯涤纶、聚酯树脂、吸湿剂、增塑剂、表面活性剂、合成纤维和化妆品生产中有着广泛应用。但在煤制乙二醇项目实施过程中,会产生各种废水,从而污染环境。为了对煤制乙二醇项目废水进行有效处理,保证项目实施绿色、环保,本文对煤制乙二醇项目的废水特点进行分析,并针对废水特点提出具体的处理思路,旨在为实践提供帮助和指导。

Ethylene glycol is an important raw material,which is widely used in the production of polyester polyester,polyester resin,moisture absorbent,plasticizer,surfactant,synthetic fiber and cosmetics.However,in the process of implementing the project of coal-to-ethylene glycol,various wastewater will be produced,thus polluting the environ.ment.In order to effectively treat the wastewater from coal-to-ethylene glycol project and ensure the green and envi.ronmental protection of the project,this paper analysed the characteristics of wastewater from coal-to-ethylene glycol project,and put forward specific treatment ideas according to the characteristics of wastewater,aiming at providing help and guidance for practice.
