摘要
我国幅员辽阔,气象灾害爆发频率较高,如果不能及时实现气象变化自动观测和智能观测,将会带来严重的经济损失甚至是人员伤亡。因此,我国对地面气象观测的发展投入了较大精力。但目前,自动化现代气象地面观测仍存在较多问题。由此,本文主要分析自动化现代气象地面观测发展中存在的问题,主要包括复合型技术人才短缺,未形成系统的地面气象观测人员培训机制,管理制度和协调机制缺失,智能观测设备存在的潜在问题,对自动化观测资金投入不足和地面气象观测保障措施不健全。
China is a vast country with a high probability of meteorological disasters.If the automatic and intelligent observation of meteorological changes cannot be realized in a timely manner,it will bring serious economic losses and even casualties.Therefore,China has put a lot of energy into the development of ground meteorological observation.At present,however,there are still many problems in automatic modern meteorological ground observation.There.fore,this paper mainly analysed the problems existing in the development of automatic modern meteorological ground observation,including the shortage of compound technical personnel,the lack of systematic training mechanism for ground meteorological observers,the lack of management system and coordination mechanism,the potential problems of intelligent observation equipment,and the lack of investment in automatic observation funds,and the imperfect safeguard measures for ground meteorological observation.
