摘要 加强筋越来越广泛地应用在各类制造工艺的汽车零件上,通过合理设计和布置加强筋,可在不增加板厚的前提下,提升零件的刚性。为验证不同加强筋结构设计方案的加强效果的差别,通过建立模型,借助软件计算分析了模型在受面刚性、弯曲刚性、扭转刚性以及局部受力刚性+种类型载荷时,各方案的加强效果,得到了受各类载荷时对应的最优加强筋设计方案。为同类汽车零件的加强筋结构设计提供参考,节省了做类似设计时耗费的时间。 Reinforcing ribs are more and more widely used in automobile parts of various manufacturing processes. Through reasonable design and arrangement of reinforcing ribs, the rigidity of parts can be improved without increasing the plate thickness. In order to verify the difference of reinforcement effect of different reinforcement structural design schemes, by establishing models and using software calculation, the reinforcement effects of different reinforcement design schemes under four types of loads, i.e. surface rigidity, bending rigidity, torsion rigidity and local force rigidity, are analyzed, and the corresponding optimal reinforcement design schemes under various loads are obtained. It provides a reference for structural design of reinforcing ribs of similar automobile parts and saves the time spent in similar design.
