摘要
某款车型在开发过程中需要更换发电机,在方案论证过程中,发现发电机变更对整车标定有影响。通过对发电机的性能分析,发现发电机性能的变化直接影响整车起动、怠速稳定性及驾驶性等,需要进行整车标定优化。通过标定优化,整车的各项性能得到明显改善。结果表明,发电机作为整车电能的提供者,当性能发生改变时,必须对较大功率电器相关的整车标定项目进行验证,必要时要进行标定优化,确保整车满足开发要求。
During the development of a certain type of vehicle, the generator needs to be replaced. During the demonstration of the scheme, it is found that the change of the generator has an impact on the calibration of the whole vehicle. Through the analysis of the generator performance, it is found that the performance change of the generator directly affects the starting,idling stability and drivability of the whole vehicle, which requires calibration and optimization of the whole vehicle. Through calibration optimization, the performance of the whole vehicle has been significantly improved. The results show that, as the power supplier of the whole vehicle, when its performance changes, the related calibration items of larger power electrical appliances must be verified, and calibration optimization should be carried out when necessary to ensure that the whole vehicle meets the development requirements.
