摘要
针对某轿车在R挡冷怠速工况下整车抖动大的问题,该文通过测试分析,发现汽车下拉杆悬置刚度是影响该车怠速抖动问题的主要因素。分析了悬置刚度对车内怠速抖动的影响原理,给出了悬置非线性刚度设计的基本原则,并针对车辆冷怠速抖动问题给出了下拉杆悬置的优化改进方案。试制悬置样件并装车验证,测试结果表明,优化后的悬置能有效地降低整车抖动,使车内的振动水平满足设计要求。
In order to solve the problem of large vibration under R -gear cold idle condition, through test and analysis, the. suspension stiffness of the lower pull rod is found to be the main factor which affects the vehicle idle vibration. This paper analyzes the principle of the influence of the suspension stiffness on the vehicle idling jitter, presents the basic principle of the design of the suspension nonlinear stiffness, and gives the optimized scheme of the lower pull rod aiming at the vehicle idling jitter problem under cold idle condition. The suspension samples are trial-produced and verified. The test results show that the optimized suspension can effectively reduce the vibration of the whole vehicle and make the interior vibration level meet the design requirements.
