摘要
噪声传递函数(NTF)分析是轿车设计前期进行NVH性能控制的重要手段之一。为提升某车型NVH性能,提高品质,利用MSC.Nastran软件对内饰车身进行NTF分析;对不满足设计要求的接附点传递函数峰值,运用模态和面板贡献量等分析手段进行诊断。通过背门结构优化,车内噪声峰值明显降低,提升了整车NVH性能。NTF分析可以在设计前期针对NVH性能方面,找出问题关键部位进行优化,降低开发成本。
Noise transfer function (NTF) analysis is one of the important methods for NVH performance control in the early stage of car design. In order to improve NVH performance and quality of a certain vehicle model, MSC. Nastran software is used to analyze NTF of the interior body, and modal and panel contribution analysis methods are used to diagnose the peak value of the attachment point transfer function that does not meet the design requirements. Through the optimization of the backdoor structure, the peak value of noise in the vehicle is obviously reduced, and the NVH performance of the whole vehicle is improved. NTF analysis can optimize the key parts of NVH performance in the early stage of design and reduce the development cost.
