本文旨在设计科学合理的护理质量指标结构化模块,提高护理数据统计、上报质量.通过对医院护理质量指标的数据采集,借助标准字典库提供规范性诊断、信息共享、自动生成、在线控制等功能,减少录入环节,实时上传相关指标数据到国家护理平台.本文护理质量管理指标结构化模块设计与应用,可分权限按时间、护理单元实时查询数据项目,提高填写质量,确保各类统计报表数据的完整性、准确性和及时性;达到护理质量指标结构化系统减少护理统计人员的重复劳动和人力物力浪费,提高医院护理管理效率和工作质量的目标.

Objective to design a scientific and reasonable structured module of nursing quality indicators and improve quality of nursing data statistics and reporting. Methods Nursing department worked with computer management center, and achieved structured collecting of nursing quality indicators in hospital information system, thus providing standardized diagnosis via standard dictionary library, reducing input workload in information sharing, automatic generation and on-line control, and uploading data to the National Database of Nursing Quality in real time. Results The application of information-based nursing quality indicators module allows to inquire data items in real time in terms of time and nursing unit according to operation authority, thus improving the quality of input and assuring the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of various statistical data. Conclusion structured module can reduce reworking and waste of human and material resources, and improve efficiency and quality of hospital nursing management.
