从临床药学角度探究儿科阿奇霉素的用药不良反应

To Explore the Adverse Reactions of Pediatric Azithromycin From the Perspective of Clinical Pharmacy

目的:从临床药学角度分析儿科阿奇霉素用药不良反应情况。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年1月在我院儿科进行治疗的患儿100例,随机分为观察组(50例)与对照组(50例)。观察组给予阿奇霉素治疗,对照组给予非阿奇霉素治疗,比较2组不良反应发生率。结果:两组儿科病人不良反应出现情况对比差异明显。结论:临床儿科中应用阿奇霉素治疗频率较高,十分容易引发药物不良反应,对于患儿的身体康复产生影响,临床药师应全面认识阿奇霉素在儿科临床应用中的不良反应,并根据患儿的临床情况,分析是否需要采取阿奇霉素治疗,并对其进行药学监护。

Objective to analyze the adverse reactions of pediatric azithromycin from the perspective of clinical pharmacy.Methods:from January 2017 to January 2018,100 pediatric patients who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases).Azithromycin was given to the observation group and non-azithromycin was given to the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results:there were significant differences in adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion:the clinical application of azithromycin treatment frequency is higher in pediatrics,very easy to cause adverse drug reactions,rehabilitation effect for children with body,clinical pharmacists should be a comprehensive understanding of the adverse reaction of azithromycin in pediatric clinical application,and according to the patient's clinical condition,analysis of whether to need to take azithromycin treatment,and carries on the pharmaceutical care.
